A Casting Director? Well we know what that is! But what’s Street Casting?
Brice Compagnon is one of the best in his field, he knows it and he is right to be proud of it!
So what does it involve? Brice watches, scanning and observing all the people he passes by in the street, sizing them up as potential models. His expert eye is highly sought after by the top fashion labels and beauty brands. He is able to find the ideal person with the exact looks, attitude and personality that correspond perfectly to the brand or look.
Brice has an energy, a vision, his eye is sharp and yet kind.
Brice loves the human element above all.
He observes, seeks, encounters, finds and discovers talents.
Astonishing faces in the making. Future fashion and beauty icons.
He loves beauty that’s unusual and different.
Beauty with relief, with asperity.
Beauties who are vividly alive; flesh and blood.
Brice Compagnon has a full and active career to his name.
He spent a few formative years at Elle magazine where he discovered the world of the written press and images.
He then worked with Oliviero Toscani for many years on the Benetton campaigns that were much talked about in the 90s.
In 1999, he launched WAD magazine with his associate Bruno Collin. This hugely successful magazine explored the street wear and street art movement, embracing urban culture.
Finally in 2001 Brice opened his own casting agency, Casting Office which is teeming with amazing talents and stars in the making.
Brice Compagnon, what a lovely person - another wonderful encounter at ByCalliste.
